These sterling silver cufflinks are made from recycled silver and would make a great Fathers Day gift, groomsman gift or best man present!
I made them by melting down scraps of silver from other projects into two silver pebbles, they are highly tactile and organic looking - flatter on the back and not quite round, they are reminiscent of beach pebbles and would be perfect for anyone who loves visiting the sea.
The pebbles have a matte frosted finish and are soldered to sterling silver sprung action cufflink fittings.
The pebbles measure just under 1.5cm diameter. A weighty, substantial pair of cuff links, these weigh approx 7 grams of silver each.
They are hallmarked at the London assay office and bear all the traditional struck marks for sterling silver plus my maker's mark initials - CD.
