I live in a small town in West Yorkshire with my little dog, Mabel.

I have been making toys and dolls since I was given my first sewing machine by my parents aged 7.

I adore old machines and stitch everything on a beautiful 1920's Singer treadle sewing machine.

I am inspired by antique toys and memories of treasured things from my childhood.

Northfield Primitives was born in 2007.

Payment on Folksy is via PayPal. Payment is expected upon purchase. If you have any difficulties or need assistance please contact me as soon as possible so that your order is not delayed.

Please read the listings carefully, as most of my animals are made to order. I will contact you as soon as I can to confirm that I have received your order, and to let you know when you can expect your items to be posted. I usually manage to complete orders within 3-4 days, but sometimes they take a little longer depending on how busy my little shop has been that week.

Postage
Orders are sent first class recorded delivery to ensure that they arrive safely at their destination.

Returns
I want you to be really happy with your purchase. If you are not, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can try to rectify any problems, or arrange for an exchange or a refund. In the event that you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt (at your own cost) and be in an unused, sale-able condition. Upon safe return a full refund, including the original p&p will be made.
