I gained a BA (Hons) Degree in Fine Art many moons ago and I have always made things and learned to sew from an early age and taught myself to crochet. In the last few years I have collected a stash of fabrics, yarns, ribbons etc. and now work mainly with textiles and yarn and more recently paper and papier mache. I am inspired by the countryside and nature and seek to evoke an emotional response, so many items are quirky and with great personality like my dogs and dolls. Each piece has its own individual story, and can take a while to come together. I also sell my items in various offline venues too.
