This is stitched onto a bright pink card backing, aceo size. Hand drawn with a black biro, on lined paper and machine stitched, it is full of character and charm. On the outside I have sourced images from William Morris designs, and fragments from old postcards and the lid shows a French fashion illustration from the same period with a demure drawing of a girl with illustrations of stockings. Inside it is decorated with a heart printed paper and more of the William Morris design. This little box is perfect for keeping your little precious mementos, jewellery and odd bits and pieces, and would make a lovely gift. The decoration is protected with layers of varnish and signed underneath. It is made from mixed yarns to include Debbie Bliss's Cashmerino in pastel blues, greens, pinks and neutrals. The base is made from dried clematis stems, beech and ivy. The colours are various shades of pink with contrasting green pieces threaded in between. It has a pale pink ribbon to hang it on the wall. It is a lovely fresh arrangement which will brighten your wall and remind you of summer time whatever the weather! It makes an unusual gift for a new home, bride, girl friend, mother, daughter. NB I can make a wreath for you using special fabrics eg. remnants from your baby's clothes, favourite outfit, daughter's party dress, wedding dress, bridesmaid dress etc. so that you can have special memento which will last. I only need a small piece for a wreath, say 6 inches x 12 inches, which I can then make into flowers. What a great idea! There is a wire handle held in place with an organza ribbon. As each lantern is made individually, there may be slight differences in each one. The inside of the cup is painted with little abstract floral motifs. Inspired by the fact that I love my cups of tea, I wanted to make something that is a reminder of the lovely comfort of tea and harks back to those times of bone china and lace. This is one off piece and has been protected with varnish. It is signed on the bottom of the saucer, and it comes in its own special gift box. Why not start a collection! It is lined with unusual spotted fabric and is just the right size for essentials. It is edged with raspberry crochet. The inside of the cup is decoupaged with gold paper as is the matching saucer. It comes with a matching circular gift box which is gloriously bright. You can show them off together or use the box to store other treasure. this is also made from papier mache. The scarf had been hand dyed in beautiful blues and greens, and browns in seaweed shades. I have made each flower individually and stitched tiny beads and pearls into the centre. The flowers are stitched to a coral coloured wire with a screw clasp. Each flower has been enhanced with a pewter coloured vintage button and silver wire has been wrapped around the black base on each side of the main flowers. The colours are subtle shades of blue, black ,navy, green, pink, purple and orange. The silver lobster claw clasp is adjustable with a silver chain and the necklace hangs just on the collar bone.
