This A6 Coptic Stitch journal notebook is covered with a beautiful garden birds paper and filled with blank ivory paper.
There are 50 pages (100 sides) of FSC certified 120gsm paper, suitable for any writing or drawing medium. The pages are folded into 5 signatures (folios) which are then stitched together to create a beautiful exposed spine binding. This binding allows the book to lay completely flat when open.
Coptic binding is one of the most ancient forms of exposed binding - striking to look at and deceptively strong.
The book is cut, folded, glued and stitched by me, entirely by hand.
Dimensions: A6 (10.5 x 14.8cm approximately)
