Hello and welcome to HalfMoon designs.
Thank you so much for visiting. I hope you enjoy my original paintings and have fun browsing the collections, floral, lingerie and fashion. My artwork is also printed on a selection of mugs and magnetic notepads.

I have a background in fashion and textiles so this series have given me the chance to really indulge myself. I am also mad about vintage clothing, I love a '40s suit. This jacket is a '40's shape but also with Victorian elements too. So it's a classic steampunk mush up. Lovely! I did enjoy the design process here ensuring that there is a corresponding left and right facing image. I liked the border so much, I extended it to reach the cool boots. I had fun with the hidden coffee cups and handbags. The inspiration for the border came from the fantastic Aubrey Beardsley, brilliant and controversial artist of the Art Nouveau movement.
