My world of donkeys! Those familiar with my prints might be aware that I create a lot of prints featuring donkeys. I don't think they are championed nearly as much as they should be in the art world, so I feel it is my job to do so. For this print I wanted to keep things as simple as possible, using the initial sketch as the focus of the image.

Full description
This is a screen print entitled 'Donkey Portrait No.3' printed in dark brown and grey.
If you know my work, you'll know that I'm mildly obsessed with creating prints of donkeys. This is the third solo donkey screen-print I have created (after 'Hello Red Donkey' and 'Mystery Donkey No.1'). The image was created initially from a brush-pen sketch, with added texture from block-printing ink and a lino-roller. I then converted this sketch into two layers for the screen-print.
Dark brown and grey ink on off-white Seawhite 280gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of 15, signed, titled and numbered.
The print image measures approx H38xW34cm.
The paper measures H42xW29.7cm.
Hand-printed by myself at Sheffield Print Club, Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
All prints will be posted unframed, and securely in a card tube and sent by first-class Royal Mail post (UK) or Airmail (rest of the world).
