Inspired by a silk embroidered wall hanging in the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
A beautiful miniature carpet for your 1:12 scale dolls house, Acanthus Green, with blue, pink and coral tones.
SIZE:
7.7 x 4.4 inches
19.4 x 11.2 cms
My design has been printed onto a Faux Suede fabric which has the look and feel of a real carpet in miniature.
I have then backed the Faux Suede with a woven fusible interfacing which you can see in the 4th picture.
This gives the carpet the appearance of a hessian backing just like a full size carpet or rug.
The edges have been treated so that they will not fray and it lays very flat and furniture will stand nicely on it,
The rug or carpet is light and flexible but has enough thickness to make it realistic.
It is NOT like miniature carpets and rugs which are printed onto fuzzy paper or paper-thin fabric.

You are only buying a miniature carpet.
All the other items shown in the pictures are just to give an idea of scale and how it would look in your own doll's house, they are NOT included in the purchase price.
Spot clean only.
For shipping it will be carefully wrapped in a cellophane packet and tissue paper, then placed in a board backed envelope with a Do Not Bend sign on it, in order to avoid any creases.
