Sometimes I feel alone in my garden, working hard and thinking lots. Then a robin comes and has a look and stays around long enough for me to mutter my thoughts. He too is alone.
This is a linocut print with a printed collaged bird. Printed on 100% cotton Fabriano paper with Caligo inks. It is unique and so only one exists like this. Supplied in a double mount overall size 245mm x245mm ready to frame.

My visiting friend comes and has a look at what I have been up to in the garden hoping to find a meal. I mutter my ideas to him not expecting a return of comment but it helps me gather my thoughts. I then go in to my studio and cut some lino and work through the images I have seen that day, discovering new colours and combinations of imagery. This print is a combination of lino, collage and taking a print from a piece of driftwood found on the beach at Appledore, Devon.
