Prehnite is a beautiful stone that unfortunately I don't come across very often.
The gemstones used in this bracelet are a lovely shades of delicate green, some are almost yellowy-green. They vary a little in transparency, showing the natural variation of this stunning gemstone.
Prehnite is a stone of prophesy believed to enhance precognition, visualisation and inner knowledge. It is also said to induce deep meditation, to facilitate dream recall and to alleviate nightmares, deep fears and phobias.
Prehnite is said to calm the environment and to bring peace and protection. A delightful example of this pretty gemstone, highlighted with bronze beads, beadcaps and clasp.
I have used 8 mm faceted prehnite gemstones and used bronze beadcaps to emphasise their beauty and uniqueness. Each of the prehnite stones differs a little due to the nature of this stone - whether it be subtle variations in the shade or in the markings, or inclusions, within some of the stones.
The result is a beautiful one-of-a-kind bracelet that will be a pleasure to wear.
The bracelet measures around 21 cms / 8.5 inches, and so is a little larger than average size. It is completed with a bronze toggle clasp.
