This stunning piece of Picture Jasper is approx 2 inches deep, a lovely feature size stone, and hangs from a cord at 18 inches.
Picture Jasper is a type of Jasper that is formed from mud that dripped into gas pockets in molten lava millions of years ago. The resulting patterns often are thought to resemble a picture or landscape. Within gemstone meanings it is said to promote feelings of responsibility towards the planet, encouraging a need to care for and protect it.
