These are 100% natural, high quality aquamarine gemstones set into cast 14K white gold basket stud mounts with butterfly backs, also in 14K white gold.
These are very pretty and perfect for every day wear or worn for special occasions. The beautiful stones are brilliant round cut. They each measure 3mm in diameter. Small and easy to wear. The stones are a good blue colour, which is unusual for such small stones. The smaller stones tend to be pale because there isn't as much crystal to give the intensity of colour. The colour of these is a testament to their quality
I have chosen not to rhodium plate the white gold, giving the earrings a more contemporary look. The natural warmth of gold still shines through, as the finish is not the bright silvery white of rhodium - please see photos.
Perfect for those of you with a sterling silver or base metal allergy. Feminine and flattering.
Aquamarine is the traditional birthstone for the month of March.
