I love the delicate but strong winter flowering cherry blossom. It flowers and brings beauty when everything else is dormant. I made this as a practical and beautiful item to keep your soap fresh.

Beautiful pink cherry blossom soap dish. For you to enjoy everyday in your bathroom, or to make your guests feel really welcome.
I pressed a winter flowering cherry twig into soft creamy white clay, cutting and shaping by hand. Then cut 4 small holes for the water to drain out and keep your soap from getting soggy. Finally I painted carefully with underglaze followed by clear glaze and fired again. Each one is completely unique.
The glaze is food safe.
