Set of Three Handmade Stoneware Ceramic Hanging Decorations

Approximate size 8.5 cm diameter, 0.5 cm thickness..............3 1/4 " x 1/4 "

A simple and stylish hanging decoration for any time of year!

Individually handmade in my studio in the South of the UK. To make I roll out fine stoneware clay, cut to size to a simple circle and impress a real Ginkgo Biloba / Maidenhair Tree leave into the clay.

After drying, the decorations are fired in my kiln and then a little natural stain is added to bring out the delicate detailing of the leaf. After a second firing the stain is permanently fixed to the clay and the piece has become strong and durable.

A simple length of natural string is threaded through a hole in the top and can be adjusted to suit where it is be hung.

This set of three decorations would liven up so many places. Hang one from a door or on the wall or attach to a present or card as a sentimental keepsake.

Due to the handmade nature of my pieces and using real leaves each one is unique. Yours may not look exactly the same as the one pictured but will be made in the same way and will be just as pretty.
