This is one of a pair of birds atop their birdhouses. I loved the detail, the colours and I couldn't wait to embroider them. I particularly love doing this style of embroidery as there are no rules and I can use my imagination. I was able to use a mixture of ribbon, cottons, metallic threads.

A pre-printed image of a bird and and his birdhouse amidst ivy leaves transformed into a beautiful 3D hand embroidered piece of art.
The bird is embroidered in shades of browns with touches of grey and white cotton thread.
I used Silk ribbon for the leaves to give them depth.
I chose to accent the bird house itself by only highlighting with a metallic thread.
This is a One of a Kind embroidered which is signed and dated.

We appreciate that it is difficult to get the full effect of the artwork on-line and should you not be entirely satisfied with it on receipt as long as you notify us within 7 days and return it in a perfect condition in its original packing we will be happy to refund you (less the shipping costs).
