I've sold this one but will be making more straight away so please check back and I do still have a green one in stock,
This is a stained glass suncatcher, an angel, made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
You should be aware that angels are for life, not just for Christmas.
I have called this an Angel Bell as hanging from the bottom by a little chain, is a jingly bell and the angel is also shaped rather like a bell.
This blue angel is very pretty. Her dress is pale iridescent blue, her wings textured clear iridescent and she has wire curls all over her glass nugget head.
She has a little silver heart at her throat as a sign of love.
This is one of my smaller range of suncatchers and hangs from a strong piece of nylon fishing line. She is light enough to be used as a Christmas decoration as well as hanging in the window as a suncather.
The angel is 11 cm wide, 9 cm high, 15cm including the bell.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
I've made 4 of this new design, all pastel and iridescent. I can also make it in any other colour - if you prefer something different please ask.
