Full description
I have decorated a 10cm or 4" pewter fascinator base with a matching feather plume and birdcage veil. I have hand made three satin and lace rolled rose buds, adding glass pearls and crystals.
Fascinator fastens with a clear comb and thin hat elastic.
This item is made to order, taking a couple of days before shipping. Please enquire if you require something similar but different.
