Knitted and crocheted clutch bag,
This small clutch bag has been knitted to my own original design in an ecru 70s cotton and linen yarn. The flap has been crocheted in a variation of shell stitch and has a decorative rose and leaf applique and it fastens with a gold coloured magnetic clasp. The bag , which has been stiffened with a firm interlining, has a contrasting lining made from a vintage 70s cream , pink and green rose - sprigged cotton. There is a small lined pocket inside big enough to hold a mobile phone or other bits and bobs.
The bag measures, when closed, approximately 21 cm (8 and 1/4 inches) by 17 cm ( 6 and 3/4 inches).
