Full description
This unusual necklace has been created using faceted and round cut African Amethyst gemstones. These are opaque to translucent and have a highly polished finish to them. They range in colour from the palest lilac to deep purple and have chevron banding.
The necklace has been designed to have a light feel, with sections of round amethyst gems, separated with tiny sterling silver beads. Spacing these from the large faceted amethysts are sterling silver tube beads with a wave to them. This creates a feeling of fluidity and movement.
The necklace is secured by a strong sterling silver magnetic clasp. The clasp is stamped 925 for sterling silver.
The necklace has been hand knotted for durability and movement.
The necklace measures 51.5cm in length approx or just over 20 inches approx.
Please note that magnets are not suitable for people fitted with electronic medical devices and are not recommended during pregnancy.
