I love ceramics ... their feel, their texture, the sense of warmth and comfort that fills me every time I touch them ... Full description
2 rustic bowls that can be filled to the brim but will look equally nice holding smaller portions of cereal, fruit etc.
Made of stoneware clay they are strong and hard-wearing. I threw them on my potter's wheel, then fired them twice up to 1260 degrees C.
The glaze is particularly eye-catching - a lovely mottled almost mauve-to mid-blue with areas where the surface took on hues that range from moss to terracotta. The photos very much capture their actual appearance.
Held in the hand, they have that chunky feel typical of pottery which is one of the things I love about ceramics.

PACKAGING
The bowls will arrive inside a sturdy box surrounded by plenty of bubble-wrap. If bought as a present, I will happily gift-wrap and send them direct complete with a little card on your behalf. Just let me know during checkout.
