Welcome to Textile Treasures by Heidi Meier
The quality of giclee print is so good that the sharpest details can be seen. Many of my customers at craft shows have to look closely before they realise this is not a textile picture!
I wanted to make affordable versions of the original artworks available, and to bridge the gap between owning a flat print, and an original embroidery. The embellished prints are wonderful because they are beautiful pictures with texture and sparkle but at a much more economical cost, yet still being original artworks in their own right!

Full description
This is a limited edition print of Heidi Meier's textile artwork 'Seahorse 005', depicting a blue gingham seahorse with two yellow angelfish.
The print has been embellished with sequins, pearlised ink and glitters to make the picture more reflective of the sparkle of the original embroidery, creating a new work of art in its own right. There are 250 prints in the run, no two will be the same, given the nature of the embellishment process, which is all undertaken by hand.
This makes an original gift for both boys and girls.
The print is one of an edition of 250, signed by the artist and mounted with a cream quality acid free mount, cello wrapped for protection and ready for you to chose your frame. (Please note the Frame is NOT included!)
This is a lovely picture for a Christening gift or naming ceremony gift, or new baby, birthday or special present.

The print size is A4, with the mount the size increases to 16 inches by 12 inches (410mm by 310mm approx).
The paper is high quality 310gsm 100% cotton acid-free fine art paper, printed producing a striking 2880dpi print.
