You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Shipping Most of the items currently in my shop are made to order so can take up to 7 days to be shipped. UK orders sent 1st Class recorded (1-3 days) 
EU and International orders sent Airmail. (1-2 weeks)
 Note: I have been informed that postage to the USA may take up to 4 weeks on some occasions. Please let me know if your package has not arrived after this time and I will investigate it. I advise you use a tracked airmail service but this will cost roughly £5 extra I keep all proof of postage so can not be held responsible if your package is lost in the post. I use tracked postage within the UK and supply you with the tracking number, so with any missing or delayed packages we should be able to investigate quickly. Please message me if you need an upgrade on shipping before you pay x

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
