A cute little pink pig, cut from a vintage (scrap bag) floral fabric, is appliqued onto the front of this practical needle book.
The cover of this needle book is stitched from a denim coloured fabric. The pig is blanket stitched in place and details of grass, tail etc are added with simple embroidery stitches. The cover is stiffened with a medium interfacing, and lined with a checked fabric from an upcycled shirt. The pages of the needle book are formed from tow pieces of felt - one black and one grey - giving four pages in total. The needle book closes with a navy ribbon bow.
