Blue Star Butterfly 'Happy Birthday' Card
Description
Handmade collaged card created from material and paper patterns and stitched into to embellish the design. The ribbon accross the design says 'Happy Birthday!'.
Measure approx. 12.5 x 12.5 cm. Comes in a protective cellophane sleeve. The lable has also been decoratively stitched onto the back of the card.
Inspiration
I have a mild obsession with the patterns found inside envelopes and love combining them with fabrics and materials and pretty stamp pictures I have found. I enjoy collaging them together and watching the outcome unfold. I also enjoy using the sewing machine to highlight and frame specific areas and love the way paper and stitch work together.
