Full description
Based on my original illustration of the characters in the popular tale of Little Red Riding Hood.
Red Riding Hood is made from calico cotton on to which I have lovingly hand-embroidered and shaded my illustration. I have added a red fabric full length hooded cloak with lace trim around the hood edge. The cloak also allows Red Riding Hood to be free-standing as it gives support to her calico figure. The wolf is made from charcoal eco-felt with an ash-grey felt chest and shaded ears. The wolf proudly displays his full faux-fur tail and watches Red Riding Hood with his shining orange beaded eyes.
Both figures are filled with just the right amount of polyester toy filling and the wolf is also weighted with two old pennies.
Both characters measure approx 10.5cm tall. Please note that these are collectables and NOT suitable as toys!
Post is first class.
Eco felt is made entirely from post-consumer plastic bottles :)
