Description
Stunning, large patchwork cushion, one of a set of three I've made and which are available in separate Folksy listings (two large and one smaller). I've shown the three together so you can see how they complement each other. This listing is for the green numbers on black edged cushion.
The cushion is fully lined, and closes with a green zip fastening. The fabrics that make up the nine-patch centre are from the same fabulous collection, while the edge is from a print that teams with it perfectly.
I've chosen a quality hessian fabric for the back of the cushion, adding one of my Sew Happy labels (this backed with a complementary fabric as an extra touch). The cushion is supplied with its pad, and is plump and very comfortable. It's also one of a kind.
The cushion measures approx 16 1/2 x 16 1/2 inches (44 x 44 cm). I wanted a nice, plump effect so the pad is a standard 50 x 50 cm pad. It's a beautiful cushion, and will slot into a variety of decorative schemes.
Inspiration
I love script and number fabric and a patchwork cushion seemed a perfect way to display these fabulous script and number fabrics to the best. This also works as a cushion that would appeal to both men and women, which can be hard to find.
