I designed this owl a little while ago and when I had the opportunity to turn it into a screen print I thought it would be perfect, I'm thrilled with the result and it was a lot of fun to print.

Everyone loves a little owl!
This little chap has a body made from characters from the Caslon font, a serif font originally designed by William Caslon in the 1700s, and printed in black. The rest of him is printed using bright pink and pale blue acrylic inks overprinted to create more colours.
This is a four-colour screenprint printed on good quality 300gsm cartridge paper, using System 3 acrylics.
The print area is approx. 8 x 5 1/2 (205 x 140 mm) and the paper size is approx. 10 x 14 (255 x 355mm). Pictured in a 10 x 14 picture frame (not included!) but it also fits nicely into 12 x 10 frame if you wanted to cut it down a little.
This is a limited edition of 9 prints, and because of the nature of screen printing each one may have slight differences, which is part of their charm.
This print is also available in other colourways in my shop.
The print will be shipped in a hard-backed envelope to protect the print from bending in the post.
