A pre-printed image of two beautiful little girls walking along the beach, hand embroidered with a small mountboard and standing on its own miniature easel.
The SEA has been highlighted with a blue metallic thread and the wave crests in a white metallic thread. A combination of these two theads was used to create the reflection in the water.
The little dark haired girl:
Her hair has been done in two shades of brown and auburn. Her dress in varying shades of blue and grey. A trim of silk ribbon with white french knots finishes off her dress perfectly.
The Blonde elder girl:
Three shades of browns have been used for her hair.
Her dress has been done in varying shades of white and greys.
Three stripes of white silk ribbon with french knots finishes off her dress.
They both have white silk ribbon bows in their hair.

The picture measures 12.5cm (6") x 12.5cm (6"). With the mountboard it measures 17.5cm (7") x 17.5cm (7")

It has been adhered to a board to give it stability and has a small mount board for finishing and stands on its own purpose made easel.
The easel is made from a central African timber called Muninga. This beautiful wood is a rich brown in colour and is sprayed with a clear lacquer which enhances the wood grain beautifully. The easel is made exclusively for my shop and measures approx: 25cm (10") high, at the widest point 15.5cm (6") tapering to 10cm (4") at the top
