We had a country wedding in a tiny chapel and the reception at a pub. We walked through the fields from the church to the reception and had wild flowers on the tables.
I adore Art Nouveau, in particular the work of Alphonse Mucha, so where was I going to find something for my head that was highly stylized yet relaxed enough for a country wedding? After spending a lot of time not finding what I wanted, I decided to make something for myself. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and received so many complements that I started to think that I could make things for other people too.
When I was getting married I knew what I wanted, I could picture it in my head, but I couldn't find it out there in the massive world of bridal accessories. I am hoping that if you feel the same you can come to me and I will make for you the pictures in your head.

This is a 'made to order' service. The piece I will make for you will be unique, handmade and tailored to your every wish!
This is where it all started really. My own headdress for my own wedding.
The piece is a circlet, with detailing on both sides behind the ears. I wanted to achieve the look of those wonderful Alphonse Mucha maidens in their diaphanous gowns and flowers in their hair.
This circlet is loaded with semi-precious stones and the detailing is very intricate. I used faceted moonstones in white, grey and peach and beautiful fresh water pearls.
The overall effect is pretty, relaxed and natural, with a lovely, subtle preciousness. Understated countryside couture.
