I saw some instructions on how to crochet an 'easy-peasy bag' on the internet, and realised I had just the right materials to make it! The wool came from a local charity shop, as did the flower (which is actually a fabric table mat!). I lined the bag with some cotton fabric I had left over from lining some curtains I'd made a few years ago. I was really pleased with the result!

Full description
Handmade crocheted handbag in lovely tweedy wool in shades on brown, beige and cream. The top of the bag and the twin handles are trimmed with dark brown silky yarn. The bag is decorated with a fabric embroidered flower, and lined with cream-coloured cotton.
The bag is 15" wide at its widest point, and approximately 10" deep. The handles have an 8" drop.
This bag is washable by hand.
