Made to Make - 'Heart Vintage Pattern Cake Toppers'
This cute set of 6 cake toppers make the simplest of cupcakes look special.
Great for anniversaries and weddings.
Each heart is made from a selection of vintage patterned red papers, to make each individual and unique.
Please note that these are handmade and patterns may vary from the picture, however, all are carefully made and look gorgeous!
