Full description
Handmade stoneware ceramic nature inspired leaf dish.
Approximate size 25 x 18 cm
Made by hand by myself in my studio in West Sussex. Heavily inspired by the natural world around me the very leaf that has left it's impression in the clay surface is from my garden, eternally captured within the piece to last forever.
To compliment the earthy tones of the glazes that have settled into the veins of the leaves black slip has been applied on the base making this dish a unique and contemporary addition to a room.
In a free handed flowing shape this multi functional piece can be used for serving, holding trinkets and keys, a fruit bowl or for display in it's own right.
Stoneware fired so strong and durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Though strong I don't trust dishwashers so recommended hand wash.
