Full description
A lovely big 20mm Green Aventurine stone is encased in pure Silver, with a Sterling Silver back plate and 6mm wide Sterling ring band. I gave the setting a little organic, bud like detail surrounding the stone, that for me represents new growth.
I oxidised the ring (blackened it), and then buffed it to highlight the detail. Finally, I gave it a brushed, matt finish, which softens the rings appearance, and emphasizes the beautiful green stone.

Aventurine is said to bring good luck, aiding prosperity and finance. It is also a powerful crystal healing stone and can be used to balance and energize the heart chakra. It is said to help one become emotionally stronger, more decisive and strengthen leadership abilities.
Aventurine is associated with the astrological sign of Aries and vibrates to the number 3
Other than this, it's just a gorgeous stone!
