The central carnelian bead is micro faceted so that it will catch the light repeatedly, the surrounding smaller bead show the deepest red orange coloring of these delicious gemstone. They remind me of people wearing hats! - but they might have a different association for you. Either way, they are unique and different and will suit someone who likes their handmade jewelry a bit quirky.
