My pincushion design was planned specifically to upcycle the Gu dessert jars which are multiplying in my cupboards.

I wanted a way to use them to store buttons and beads, so I've knitted pincushions to fit snugly to the top of the jars. Each pincushion is embellished with a contrasting flower made on my new flower loom.

I will include a jar free of charge if you haven't fallen for the temptation of the desserts, but if you wish to use your own jar do please let me know and I will recalculate the shipping charge.

I have three pincushions available "ready to ship" as shown in the photos: pink with lilac flower, or lilac with pink flower, or tall green cactus with pink flower. Let me know your preference, or leave the choice to me. If you'd prefer a different colour combination please get in touch. The price shown is for one.
