Buying from me

I design and hand knit all my meerkats (and other critters) and love a challenge, so please get in touch if the meerkat of your dreams cannot be found - I have never been beaten yet, you name it, I can knit it.

If your purchase is "ready to ship", I go to the post office once a day. If it's "knit to order", the description will say how long I expect to take.

I post by first class mail within the UK, airmail if international.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

You have the right to cancel and return for refund within fourteen days of receipt, please note buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If you have ordered a custom meerkat, I will send you photos for approval before I send it to you so that we can agree that it's just as we intended. Custom work is not refundable.
