Lieutenant Commander Tuvok is, as you can tell by the eyebrows, a Vulcan meerkat.

Voyager Meerkat trekkies show their rank by collar pips, and wear communicator badges on their chests. Their uniform is subtly different - Voyager crew wear grey turtle necks under their black sweaters, with shoulder sections in the colour of their particular discipline.Commander Chakotay, of course, wears command colours, deep burgundy red.

As with my non-trekkie meerkats, Tuvok's back legs and tail have been wired to allow him to stand freely in the typical "tripod" stance. He is approximately 7" tall (18cm).
