Shop Policies
Shipping: I usually ship the next working day after I receive an order for all orders before 7pm. Items are shipped via first class post unless otherwise specified - if you'd like any other method of delivery please ask
Returns / faulty items: I do my best to make sure that all my sold items are of best quality but if you experience any problems with an item I've sold you please contact me and I'll see what I can do to sort it out - satisfied customers are important to me.

Custom orders: Bespoke items are available upon request - if you see anything you like, but want a modification, or want something special just for you, please drop me a folksy mail or email me at yochannah@gmail.com and I'll give you a quote as soon as I can.
