Meet the maker

I've fairly recently taken up knitting and crocheting again. As my skills have developed, I've realised that I really don't like working with cheap yarn.........!

Most of the items in my shop are made with luxury yarns, such as mohair/silk blends. My current favourite is an alpaca/silk mix from Drops Design.

All items (except gloves) will have my 'winterangel' tag sewn in. All items come gift wrapped.

POSTAGE AND PACKING: Is included in the cost of the item, overseas customers please contact me for a price.

PAYMENT: Paypal only

REFUNDS: I hope that you will be happy with your puchase. If not, please contact me to let me know what the problem is within 7 days of receipt. Please return the item in it's original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. Return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer, only the cost of the item will be refunded.

CUSTOM ORDERS: I usually only ever make one of any item in my shop, but I am happy to take custom orders.

A custom order will take me 2-3 weeks (depending on what the item is).

If you require the item to be made from a specific yarn, it may take longer than 2-3 weeks if I need to order that yarn specially.
