Meet the maker

I have been making jewellery for almost five years now. It started as a hobby but has become an obsession. Until February of last year it was a part time thing and then I was made redundant. With the support of my fabulous husband I decided that I would try and make it work as a full-time business. I'm glad to say that it is going well so far. All of my designs are unique, original pieces made from semi precious gemstone beads that I purchase mostly from bead fairs around the country. Many of the gemstones I use are quite different from those that are readily available on the high street and my designs are quite different too, normally geometric in design. I like to think I have a flair for putting together some unusual stone combinations and this has been commented on a lot recently, very positively.

PLEASE NOTE I send out all items Recorded Delivery for mine and your piece of mind. I appreciate that this is now quite expensive but I believe the value of my designs make this appropriate. However, if you prefer I can send out items by ordinary Royal Mail, please contact me for price details.

Payment

I accept Paypal. Remember it is Folksy policy that purchases are paid for immediately. If for any reason you have a problem doing this then please contact me so that we can come to some arrangement.

Shipping

Items are shipped using first class recorded delivery. All items are posted within 24 hours of payment being received. If you require Special Delivery then please contact me and I will adjust postage costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any problems with your purchase once it arrives, please let me know. I will be happy to replace any goods that are unsatisfactory, but please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 7 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and ensure your name and address are enclosed together with the reason for your return. The cost of your item will be refunded on receipt of the item along with your initial postage costs.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.

If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the postage charge again for us to re-send it.

Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.
