Thank you for stopping by Tilly Mint Boutique! I make a variety of bags, clutch bags, gadget cases etc. All the items I make are not mass produced, therefore only a limited number of each item will be produced.

*Postage*
Please check each item for postage costs. All items are posted by 1st class Royal mail and will be despatched within 5 days of receiving cleared payment. I always obtain proof of postage. Discount postage rates are available when purchasing more than one item.

*Returns*
I want you to be satisfied with your purchases so if there is a problem, please send me a message so it can be resolved. If you wish to return an item, you can do within 10 days in its original condition. A refund will be issued on return, not including the return postage cost. Please ensure that you request a 'proof of postage' receipt, as otherwise I will not refund for items lost in the post when being returned to me.

*Cancellations*
If payment has not been received the day after ordering and no contact has been received from the buyer, I will unfortunately have to cancel the order.
