Meet the maker Margaret Carter

All craft items are made with love in a smoke free environment and will be packaged with care. Jewellery will be sent to you in an environment-friendly gift box, made from 100% recycled cardboard (it looks smart!), or, for smaller items, in an attractive organza bag. Items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post, and I will always obtain a proof of postage. In the interests of the planet, I aim to reuse & recycle outer packaging wherever possible. Please contact me if you need your purchase to be sent with full insurance cover, or if you have any special packaging or delivery requirements. As I believe it is important that you are entirely happy with your purchase, refunds will be given for items (except earrings) returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt. The cost of the item will be refunded, however, all postage is the responsibility of the customer, and as I cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the post, you may wish to consider insuring any returns. Hopefully, you will never need to, but please e-mail in advance if a refund or exchange is required. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, purchases of earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
