Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paypal using a Paypal account.

Shipping

Royal Mail is used to deliver all your orders. I aim to dispatch within 2 working days. I use first class postage for UK and Airmail for overseas orders.

Delivery times- UK 2-3 days, Europe 3-8 days, USA 5-10 days, rest of world up to 14 days.

Please be aware you are responsible for any import duty/charges which may apply!

Refunds And Exchanges

Please note, the fabrics in my kits are hand painted so there will be some difference from the original, but this only serves towards the uniqueness of each piece which becomes your own creation when put together!

However, in the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a refund/exchange.

Items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging within 7 days. Return postage responsibility lies with the customer.
