I'm Jen and I live in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. The inspriation for my shop comes from my cat, Tabitha (4 year old brown tabby cat). I liked buying her collars and then realised I should have a go at making them myself. Hence forth - Tabby Cat Collars was born : )

Sales Policy

Payment - Payments via PayPal within 3 working days please. Orders not paid for within this time period will be cancelled, but you are of course most welcome to purchase the item/s again.

Shipping - all items will be created and posted within 5 working days of receiving payment by 1st class postage. If for any reason the item is out of stock or we cannot meet the 5 day guideline, we will contact you. Postage is £1.50 for all collars and no additional charge for extra collars purchased. Postage may differ for items that include more than just a collar and will be clearly shown in the listing.

Refunds and Exchanges - if you change your mind, do not want the item or find it to be faulty please contact me within 7 days and return it as soon as possible in unused condition. Once received back, I will refund the cost including shipping, but you will be responsible for return postage costs.
