Meet the maker Stuff 'n' Nonsense
Welcome to Stuff N Nonsense. The shop was born out of my love for making things, many years ago. The shop has laid bare since I had my son but I am now resurrecting it with a new direction - mental health. I find crafting therapeutic and want to make things that support others too! After more than a decade of working in the field of SEN, and living in a neurodiverse household, this shop combines my passions.
My crafts are all made in my pet free, smoke free house in SW London and are stored carefully until purchased.
Custom Orders
I have been asked to make custom orders on a lot of my items and am delighted to do this. If you'd like a particular theme, colour or message I am happy to accommodate. Please message me so we can discuss details.
Postage and Packaging
Postage fees are for first class tracked as standard. If you would like to reduce the cost by opting for second class or standard post (at your own risk) please get in touch and I am happy to accommodate.
Please note that for environmental reasons I sometimes recycle packaging for posting, although I always ensure anything used is in good condition.
Payment
Payment is through PayPal and is due within three days. Items will be relisted after this time unless I have received a message from you.
To pay by credit/debit card: select PayPal option during checkout; after you’ve submitted your order, click on ‘Pay Now’. Scroll down to pay with a credit or debit card.
Shipping
I am committed to posting all orders within five days of receipt of payment. Please let me know if there is a sense of urgency and I will try to accommodate. Likewise, if I am unable to hit my target I shall message you with a new shipping date (I expect this to be very rare).
I will send your items to your Folksy registered address unless you tell me otherwise.
Shipping to UK addresses is by Royal Mail First Class post. I currently do not list prices for my items to be posted outside of the UK, however I am more than happy to sell overseas - please message me in advance of purchase so that postage costs can be arranged (I will reserve the item for you).
Returns
I hope that you will be happy with your purchases. Please note that, whilst you are buying the item pictured, colours may vary slightly due to differences in cameras/computer monitors. Should an item arrive damaged or you find that you are dissatisfied please contact me within seven days of receiving the item. We can then organise a successful return and refund where necessary. Unfortunately I am not able to cover the postage cost of returns. Please be aware that commissioned items are not available for return or refund.
I hope you enjoy looking at all my stuff and nonsense!
