Meet the maker Steven Calton

I work with stained glass of all types in the tranquil surroundings of the Ayrshire countryside . The name comes from my pair of pet black swans who used to roam throughout the garden and widened stream where they had a mini island that they slept and nested on . Sadly they are now rehomed to a nice place in Devon .I repair stained glass window panels and make all types of glass giftware including vases , mirrors , clocks and window hanging suncatchers and have been in stained glass for over twenty years and working with dichroic glass for jewellery for the past five years .
Latest update is that we have moved from the countryside into the outskirts of Kilmarnock and I have built a lovely cabin for all my glasswork.
