About Notes Jewellery

I sell jewellery which I make myself in my studio in Banbury, Oxfordshire. I love to work with silver and fabrics. Combining the two is a nice way to make easy-to-wear, everyday jewellery which is still precious and meaningful.

I am inspired by words and text, although have never been great with words myself! Maybe that is why I appreciate the words of others so much. Song lyrics, quotes by people that I admire, Poetry every now and then. I love receiving orders and finding out what words inspire you too.

I am happy to make custom pieces so if you see something but would like to change it in some way, just let me know and I'll do my best for you!

Terms and Conditions...

Personalised jewellery is non refundable, unless I have made a genuine mistake with wording or the item is faulty in some way. In this case please inform me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will either replace your item or refund. I will need the item returned in the same packaging that it was delivered in.

Rings...

I always ask for a ring size to be provided when you purchase. If there has been an error on my part then I will resize it for you free of charge, otherwise I will have to charge for resizing rings.

Delivery times...

As all of my jewellery is hand made to order It takes a bit of time to create. I count this time from when the payment is made. If you have a specific date that you need your jewellery by please let me know and I will do my best to meet your needs. Generally allow one week for making each item unless otherwise specified in the product description.
