Meet the maker

Hello and welcome to Sparkling Lemondrop. My name is Hannah. Sparkling Lemondrop was created after I attended a jewellery making course at a lovely little shop called Spoilt Rotten Beads in Haddenham, Cambridgeshire.
Since that initial course I have researched other techniques and attended other courses and workshops to learn the techniques required to make the jewellery I make now.
I hope you like my items and look forward to welcoming you to the shop again in the future.

Sparkling Lemondrop:

Sparkling Lemondrop jewellery is handmade in the UK. Our aim is to design delicate and beautiful jewellery which you will love to wear.

Unless otherwise clearly stated all products are sterling silver, and are made using high quality materials including Swarovski Crystallised ElementsTM , Swarovski Glass Pearls, Murano Glass, Freshwater Pearls, Semi-Precious Stones and Miyuki Seed Beads.

Packaging:
Each item will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and securely packaged for postage. Any item can be giftwrapped in a box or pillow box delicately tied with ribbon for only £1. If you would like your item giftwrapped, add 'giftwrapping' to your basket

Delivery:
We currently only deliver within the UK. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery and will require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Costs:
We are pleased to offer free UK delivery as Standard. However, a supplement of £2.50 may be charged for urgent orders.

Delivery Times:
Items are handmade to order. Our current lead time is approximately 1 week.

Urgent orders can usually be accommodated. Please message us in advance of placing your order if you require your items urgently. We will confirm if we are able to get your order to you by your required date.

Payment:

We accept payment via PayPal's secure online payment system

Payment in full must be received before your items can be dispatched.

Customised/Made to measure:
Most products can be customised/amended to order. So if you see a product you like but would like it in a different size or in a different colourway this can be accommodated. Please contact us for details.

Or, you can have a bespoke product designed especially for you or design elements from two or more products incorporated into one item. Again, please contact us for details.

Returns:
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase, but items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us for a returns form, which should be filled in and returned with your order, within 7 days of receipt.

All returned items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and in their original condition.

To comply with health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on pierced earrings.

Bespoke/Customised/Made to measure items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note, postage costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect. For your own protection, please obtain proof of posting or return your items via recorded or special delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit being returned to us.

Faulty items:
Every effort is made to ensure that every item is made to the highest standard and that all items dispatched are exactly as ordered. If the goods you have received are faulty, or you have received the wrong items, please contact us and return the items as detailed above. You have 14 days from receipt of these items to return them to us.

This returns and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you have any queries on this policy, please contact us.

We have made every effort to display items as accurately as possible. Products have been described with sizes, colours and lengths where appropriate. All items are individually handmade to order, so there will be slight variations in the items as a result of their handmade nature.
