About Me
Welcome to my shop, Little Wing. I’m Sarah, based in Scotland and a self-confessed jewellery magpie! My interest in jewellery making was sparked several years ago when I could not find the type of designs that I wanted on the high street.
I began selling little bits and bobs to friends and family, as they wore these pieces I began to get orders and requests from new customers. I now sell a range of my own designs and often get commissioned for special events and weddings.
I am influenced by people, places and the range of materials I work in such as silver, gemstones, shell, sea glass, pearls, crystal, Swarovski, glass and other artisan made pieces. I make my jewellery in a variety of sizes, as I like to offer a choice to everyone, but if you like an item and it needs some adjustment please contact me and I will do my best to accomodate you, I will give sizes on most item descriptions.
Bespoke Service
I do accept commissions for more bespoke pieces. I will work with you to create a design that reflects your personal style. This can be an adaptation of one of my designs or we can work from scratch using your own drawing or a detailed description of your ideas. I will always agree with you the price of the final design before I begin the work.

Payments
I accept PayPal as my method of payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can make purchases through PayPal using a credit card without having an account. Just select PayPal for your payment option and on the next screen you will be able to enter your credit information without creating an account.
Please make payment through Paypal upon purchase as any unpaid for items will be listed within 5 days unless you have contacted me to advise of any problems you might be having with the transaction.
Cash/Local pick-up
If you are local (West Lothian) and you would prefer to pick up your order in person I will accept cash payments. All you need to do is: 1. Put your item in the cart2. Proceed to checkout 3. Login or register (if you are brand new to Folksy)4. Proceed to payment 5. Make paymentThis is where you stop - DO NOT go on to Paypal. Just contact me and we can make arrangements for you to pick up your order. You will not be charged for shipping obviously!
Shipping
I will post all orders within 1-3 days of ordering (bank holidays and weekends permitting!) Bespoke designs will naturally take a little longer.
All items will be sent via UK 1ST class, I will not post any items until full payment has been received.
If you would like your items insured for loss or damage please contact me to arrange for Special Delivery and I will provide a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
I can only refund your item if it is damaged on arrival and is returned within 5 days of receipt. If you wish to return an item, please inform me as soon as possible. If required, I will attempt to repair damaged items but this may not always be possible.
I will refund your full payment plus my postage costs.
Once the item is received in its original condition the refund will be made to your PayPal account.
For international shipping rates I charge a flat rate of £5, plus £1 per additional item. Please contact me and I will happy to obtain a quote for you for multiple items.
