Hi I am Patricia, since I retired 5 years ago and re-aquainted myself with the sewing machine,my interests have expanded to exploring fabric and beaded jewellery as well as scarves, bags and many other items that can be created from fabric, I would never have thought previously how much fun and how satisfying it can be.
**PAYMENT**
,Payment is through PayPal as this protects everyone,
Please ensure that payment is made within 24 hours of purchase, If you need more time to pay, please let me know so that we can arrange something for you.
If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry you can still pay via the service using a debit or credit card. Choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you’ve submitted your order, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to pay with a credit or debit card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
**POSTING**
**On multiple purchases, you pay postage on the first or heaviest item only***
I usually post the same or next working day, but at the latest all items will be posted within three days of receipt and clearance of payment.
I will send your items to your Folksy registered address. If you require the Item to be posted to another address please indicate that at time of purchase .
I send all mail in the UK by 1st class post,
International - by Airmail.
I always obtain proof of postage, and am also happy to provide postal insurance at an additional charge. If this is something you'd like, please contact me for details.

**RETURNS - Refunds**
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and I will give you a return address. it should then be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original clean saleable condition . Please obtain proof of posting when returning items as I cannot be held responsible for items returned by you going missing in the post. Faulty items will be replaced/refunded fully, including original postage .
